Architecture & Interior Design Project Management Architecture Modeling

LOT 30.6 is a single composition of two towers located in a quarter on the former territory of ZIL. The quarter is a single composition consisting of seven houses located on a single stylobate. The overall composition of the quarter was created taking into account 4 important factors: - insolation - species characteristics - economic indicators - aesthetic characteristics of the form The quarter is based on 3 unifying principles: Exchange of materials - implies the use of a single material [red brick] throughout the stylobate, while it enters into various relationships with house materials. Common ground - the ground cover material (paving) is identical to the ground floor material. Typing, unification - the rule of uniform levels (markings of window sills, cornices), typing of windows (a single operating principle), typing of internal elements and solutions.
