Sioux

The idea focus on recovering one's own magic and identity, perhaps the emotional imaginaries of childhood, but seen and experienced with the eyes of now. To do this, different media were used mixed together, creating a coherent, ambiguous and visionary language, just like in dream narratives. The events of the war of the indigenous Americans against the whites and the dream and monument of Crazy Horse inspired me, leading me to my childood memory. So it comes out the narration of an inner journey through the imaginary created as a child in places near my house, where used to be a folk festival with horses and bulls. The metaphor of a night, of a dream, of one of those battles. The border between conflict and dream remains ambiguous, not decipherable. The narrative is presented in a sequence of totemic triptychs, with reference to the indigenous Sioux.
