Renovation of a 68 square meters old apartment in the historic district of Naples called Chiaia. The goal is to make a beautiful house to rent. We designed a minimal living featuring just a small fireplace, with no furniture but a black painted basement. Positioned on the opposite side of the room, the kitchen is designed to "disappear" inside the living/dining room, which has an irregular trapezoidal shape and big two windows. The master bedroom is pretty essential, featuring only the necessary furniture and elements. Another smaller studio/bedroom is located near the entrance, featuring wide glazed doors to permit natural lighting to enter into the corridor. The small but refined bathroom completes the flat.
