About the opportunity

As a Content Writer, you are an advocate for the N26 brand and users, working to shape customer experiences by creating engaging and relevant content. You help set the vision for content and drive cohesive narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. You are a natural wordsmith with a portfolio of work that takes the complex and makes it simple and beautiful.

In this role, you will:

• Write and transcreate content (US English) for our website/landing pages, and all CRM activities.
• Curate, localize and translate content for the N26 blog, establishing impactful narratives for our customers.
• Produce engaging performance ad copies for marketing campaigns.
• Identify and optimize SEO-content across the website and blog
• Proofread texts across various channels, ensuring optimal quality control and consistency.
• Diligently respond to ad-hoc tasks to support other stakeholders when needed.
• Proactively work with Global Content to propose stand-out ideas for the N26 editorial calendar, and continually improve our tone of voice.
• Support the Growth team in driving brand awareness and engagement, and the acquirement of new customers.

What you need to be successful:

Background: 

• You’re a native English speaker with over 3 years of written content creation experience, with a mix of corporate and agency experience

Skills: 

• You possess exceptional English-language writing and communications skills—and a real passion for words
• You can adapt your copy to the right context across various marketing functions
• You have a good understanding off on-page and off-page SEO principles
