About the opportunity

We are seeking a Senior PR Specialist to strategically define and execute local expansion strategy from a communication perspective encompassing PR, online and offline marketing, social media, growth hacking initiatives and product launches.

In this role, you will:

• Collaboratively with our Global Marketing team, you localise and proactively propose strategy, brand and performance campaigns for your market
• Create the tone of voice, content and editorial strategy and ensure experience consistency with our customers across the DACH market
• Grow, guide and coach your team - act as enabler, facilitator, mentor, set clear expectations for performance standards and take care to jointly deliver projects that meet or exceed them on time and on budget
• Manage financial forecasts and communicate project plans, priorities and progress to key stakeholders and departments to ensure alignment and up-to-date data and information at all times

What you need to be successful:

Background: 

• 5+ years of professional experience in a PR agency and/or a Corporate Communications / PR department
• Experience in planning and execution of media roundtables and press events

Skills: 

• Business fluent in written and spoken English, German language is a plus!
• An abundance of knowledge of traditional communications and PR, yet a strong appetite to disrupt the status quo
• Experience in market management in a global role
• Understanding of how to measure the impact PR can create
• An eye for what makes news
• Experience in crisis and reputation management experience
• Excellent presentation and writing skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• High level of proactiveness and hands-on, collaborative, solutions-focused mentality
