Content Writer - German Speaking

About the opportunity

As a content writer, you are an advocate for the N26 brand and users, working to shape customer experiences by creating engaging and relevant content. You help set the vision for content and drive cohesive narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. You are a natural wordsmith with a portfolio of work that takes the complex and makes it simple and beautiful.

In this role, you will:

• Produce and transcreate content for our website/landing pages, CRM activities, social media and performance marketing channels
• Write, edit, curate, localise and translate content for the N26 blog
• Oversee and proofread translations
• Write scripts for video content for the N26 YouTube channel
• Proactively work with the Content Lead and Global Communications team to propose ideas for the N26 editorial calendar
• Support the marketing team in driving brand awareness, word-of-mouth, engagement and acquiring new N26 users

What you need to be successful:

Background: 

• 3 years of written content creation experience, ideally with a mix of corporate and agency experience

Skills: 

• Excellent German language skills
• Outstanding writing and communications skills - and a real passion for words
• Understanding of basic on-page and off-page SEO principles
• Experience in writing video scripts (desirable)
