Junior Motion Graphic Designer

Tasks

• Ensure our production is on time, deadlines are always met
• People who work with you will feel inspired and alive as you deliver thought-provoking ideas
• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables
• Collaborates with producers, creative directors and editors in creative development
• Concept, develop, manage and inspire top-level creative product
• Executes style frames and storyboards as needed
• Designs and animates in 2D and 3D for wide variety of motion projects, including totally animated videos to composited text and graphics over footage
• Edit video footage to add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
• Manage fast-paced work masterfully and juggle demands for different clients

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial and love understanding the world in all its colors and forms
• Live in the age of niche
• Infectious passion for creativity and the smarts to make it happen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects and maintain tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s Degree in design-related discipline
• 1+ years of experience in digital video (web / social / broadcast) for fast-paced, quality-driven production studio
