Your mission - Marketing Manager Brand & Strategic Projects

Moonfare prides itself on being an innovative disruptor to traditional alternative investing. Our product, which provides secure access to top-tier funds and never-before-seen liquidity, is not just a platform, but is also a community of smart investors who can learn from each other to continue growing their investment portfolios. Whilst we at Moonfare are certain of this, and have won awards confirming it, we are now on the look-out for a Marketing Manager Brand & Strategic Projects who can develop our USP further and embed this in the minds of potential investors. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will have the opportunity to build on a solid brand foundation, leverage multi-channel marketing and be part of a premium product with a well-connected client-base.

You will:

  • Develop, articulate and implement Moonfare’s brand positioning and brand development strategy
  • Articulate the unique value and sales propositions and work with other members of the marketing team (content, performance marketing, growth) to ensure consistency in message creation and collateral development (e.g. marketing website, company presentation, sales collateral, partnership demos and fund specific collateral)
  • Run integrated brand campaigns across various channels end -to-end and support the development, testing and optimisation of advertising creatives for performance and social media campaigns
  • Measure and review effectiveness of our marketing programmes based on external data (awareness, consideration, market share, brand health check)
  • Lead strategic marketing projects that require cross-functional collaboration and project management, e.g. international market expansion, develop the Ambassador (referral) programme 
  • Generate user insight by various methods and consolidate and document our customer and market knowledge
  • Closely work with the Product team on growth related product development

You bring:

  • Experience in defining, developing a brand and value proposition from scratch with a long-term strategy to grow market share and category expansion
  • Consumer/HNWI/Finance brands advantageous
  • Experience in key offline and online marketing areas such as campaign development and management, media planning, product marketing, promotions, marketing partnerships
  • Familiar with content management and hosting tools (WordPress), landing page creation, Google Analytics and other quantitative tools
  • Comfortable with market and user research methodologies including survey development, interview and workshop facilitation, and data analysis
  • A persuasive communicator who is able to tailor messaging for a range of audiences and campaigns whilst maintaining brand consistency
  • Approaches the production of marketing content (ie white papers, sales presentations) with creativity and confidence
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and undefined processes
